Project Manager Construction

The Candidate will be responsible for handling the contract/project on turnkey basis, responsible for the following, but not limited to:

- Manage the entire project contract that inludesinitiation, execution, monitoring.

- Liase and negotiate with internal terms, clients, suppliers and other professionals.

- Draft, review, and negotiatecontracts,.

- Monitor contract performance against milestones, keydates, and obligations, resolving disputes needed.

- Generate and provide regular reports daily/weekly/montly basis.

- Maintain upto date documentation, and ensure timely renewal / closure of contracts.

- Manage the tedchinical, commerical and administrative aspects of the project

- Coordinate with subcontractors from preconstruction through to project completion.

- ensuring compliance with statutes during project delivery
